Wow, way too OVERPRICED. St. Lukes is just within the METRO. You could book a roundtrip fare with 4000 PHP

Folks, My Fiance is telling me it will cost 4000 PHP to get a round trip from Quezon City to St Lukes for her Med Exam to get a K1 visa. I think this may be a wild inflation of the actual cost. Can anyone help?
